OptiYouth™ Shipping Policy

South Africa: Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Standard delivery takes 3–5 business days. Local delivery and store pickup are also available at checkout.

International: We ship to 28 countries worldwide. International orders are processed within 1–2 business days and typically arrive within 7–14 business days, depending on your location and local customs processing.

All orders are dispatched from South Africa. You will receive a tracking number once your order has shipped. OptiYouth is not responsible for customs duties or import taxes, which are the buyer's responsibility.
