Wondering where your order is? Here's how to check its progress.
1. Check your shipping confirmation email
As soon as your order is dispatched, we'll email you a shipping confirmation with your tracking number and a link to follow your parcel. Orders are processed within 1–2 business days, so please allow a little time before your tracking details arrive. Remember to check your spam or promotions folder too.
2. View your order in your account
Sign in to your OptiYouth account with the email address you used at checkout to see your order status, tracking details and order history.
Delivery times
South Africa: 3–5 business days after dispatch. Local delivery and store pickup are also available at checkout.
International: 7–14 business days, depending on your location and customs processing.

Need help with your order?
If your tracking hasn't updated, or your parcel is late or damaged, get in touch with your order number and we'll sort it out.
